Her lifetime study and research provides her with the holistic approach to personal health, dealing with the whole person; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. As a practitioner and trainer, she has found great joy and passion in spreading the art of Aromatherapy, body therapies and beauty therapies. After two serious falls resulting in shoulder, arm and hip problems, Helen begin her treatment with numerous therapies. She found that treatment with a combination of chiropractic care, deep tissue massage, CranioSacral therapy and meridian energy work produced the best results for her.
With a deep yearning to improve and strengthen her own physical health as well as others, she started studying holistic therapies. Some of the theapies and techniques include myofascial deep tissue, cranio-sacral, lymphatic drainage, TCM traditional myotherapy and sport injuries management.
